Why do some women have large hips?
It can be observed on certain women the natural broadening of the hip area is overly accentuated due to excessive fat deposits located in the hips. Hips which have been enlarged from excess fat can be revisioned into much better proportion by liposuction of the hip area. Not all patients require the same areas treated the same way. Each patient is as unique as their surgery.
A smooth, and consistent removal from the subcutaneous deep layer is thought by some to provide the best results in hip liposuction. If required, occasional superficial liposuction is performed on surrounding areas to tighten the skin and provide the most pleasing results.
